The NHS Choices web site has a great healthy eating section, including an NHS weight loss plan, a 5 A DAY meal planner and healthy recipe ideas.

For healthcare professionals
Sign up for the Obesity horizon scanning bulletin – a regular e-mail update of what’s innovative in service delivery and re-design.
There is a NICE Pathway for diet and Evidence can be searched (NHS Athens may be required for some results).
